Good morning,
My credit card is expiring in a few days and I can't access my account to update it because I can't remember my password. Can someone assist? I've tried resetting but you require a password to do so.....which makes no sense. I would appreciate any feedback. Many thanks

If you cannot reset your password (no need to log in to do that!) or cannot provide proper security answer, contact agent ASAP since your renewal is due soon.
Set autopay to handle these renewals.

Login to Self Serve account and click on Forgot Password. If it fails, contact a CS_Agent.

How far you went in password reset process.. you supplied the correct email to get the link to reset?

HI @Laurie_V I think you already tried Reset password link on the page.
If you cannot reset it via there, please open a ticket with PM Support.
Click on the Bubble or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
- type: Forgot log in information
- Click "Contact Us"
- Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
- you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the moderators (but this can take longer):

@Laurie_V , if you are unable to make the reset password option work, then you will need to seek CSA support to reset the password. Click on the chat symbol on the lower right corner of the webpage and initiate a support ticket. As a final fallback, if you have issues with the ticketing system, you can send a private message to the CSA directly using the following link. Good luck.
