Can't register for online account

Hello, 

New to Public, I'm trying to create an online website account which I assume is what I need to order a SIM card but it is not accepting my phone number. I am entering my 10 digit phone number with no spaces and dashes, I get an error "The phone number entered is invalid or you may have created your profile already. If you've forgotten your password, please click"

I'm sure I don't have an account. So when I go to reet my password using email verification it says "Sorry, we’re unable to verify your email address."

what exact problem?  you have a PM Sim and ready to activate but you encounter issue?

Be sure to ask London Drugs if they will give you the SIM Card for free if they do the activation for you right then. They just might!

@todanielchow  and to add to what @ChuckYeah said you can also go to a Walmart, superstore mobile shop or London drugs and buy a Sim card or get them to activate a Sim card for you!

No you do not need to set up an account to order a sim. You can get one from PM online or from Amazon or even a local vendor.

You can only create your acount AFTER you activate your SIM. activate.publicmobile.ca.
