Hi there,
I am trying to set up my account and I don't know what to do. Here is what happened. I went through the initial form and filled everything out. I hit submit. I got a 404 message. Then I tried to log into my account. I got this message "Sorry, your login attempt failed. Please try again."
So I thought maybe the initial set up failed- I'll just try to create my account again. I go to create an account. enter my phone number. I get this message: "The phone number entered is invalid or you may have created your profile already. If you've forgotten your password, please click here."
So I thought ok, I definitely have an account then, maybe I forgot my password. I do the email verification step and get this message: "Sorry, we’re unable to verify your email address."
I know that my email address and phone number are valid since I use them both every day. I have tried all of these steps multiple times and it's been several days. I seem to be stuck in a loop and I am unable to submit a ticket unless I have an account. Any ideas?

@bwicken follow these steps when using SIMon
click on the green chat bubble to the bottom right of your screen to speak with SIMon
type "activation issue"
(use the chat bubble options and click 'contact us', then click "click here to submit a ticket!)
*login using your community account
make sure to check your inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically, for a response

Make sure that you were not charged for activation. If charged, put in your SIM card to see if it works.
If not charged, wait for a while to try again. Re-try again, but maybe clear cache, incognito mode or another web browser. The registration site can be finicky at times.
