I'm trying to sign up with public mobile but I'm having troubles signing into my account with my email address after ordering my sim card. When I attempt to recover password, the email I've used and have also recieved emails from public mobile, leads to this: "Sorry, we’re unable to verify your email address." Thinking I may have not registered my email to my phone number yet, I attempted to make a new account with my number but it says, "* The phone number entered is invalid or you may have created your profile already. If you've forgotten your password, please click here".
This leaves me in a tight spot because attempting to contact public mobile via email requires a phone number that is attached to the correct email and I have no clue what the heck is happening here. It would be great if there was a customer support line I can reach but I can't find any.
Any help with this in order for me to get my sim card working with public mobile is highly appreciated.

@Maxallon This is the right place if your account doesnt work after you created it. You can try the forgot password while waiting for one of the mod to reply here. There is no phone number to contact in public mobile.
