Hi, I’m currently locked out of my Public Mobile account and can’t recover it. When I try to use the “Recover Your Email” option, it only says an email has been sent to the address linked to my account — but I no longer know which email that is.
The issue is that it doesn’t give me the One-Time Password (OTP) verification option by text, even though I still have the active SIM card in my phone. This makes it impossible to verify my identity or reset the email.
I’ve already tried creating a new account, but the system says my SIM card number is “invalid,” which I assume means it’s still tied to the old account.
Could a moderator or support agent please help me recover my account or update the linked email address?
