You must go into your Public Mobile account to change SIM cards. When it the Public Mobile system ask for a 2FA code, use the "didn't get code"/"resend code" button and choose the option to have the code sent to you in a voice message. Call your cell phone number from a different phone and enter your voicemail password. After doing that, you'll be able to listen to a voice message that includes your EverSafe 2FA code to log into your Public Mobile account.
