I switched to PM 24 hours ago and am unable to receive texts or phone calls from people not with PM. I unlocked my Samsung Galaxy S6, signed up with PM, and ported my number from Rogers all within an hour last night.
I have done the APN setup, restarted my phone, and settings.
Please help!
Thanks!

This is not an issue with your phone.
There is no possible setting in your phone that can make calls and texts not come in from only certain carriers/providers.
As for APN settings, they are only for internet usage and do control or affect calls or texts messages at all.
This sounds like an issue with your phone number porting request. Until the time that your phone number fully transfered over to Public Mobile, you were supposed to continue to receive all calls and text messages over at Rogers.
But after a phone number is transfered over to Public Mobile, you should receive all calls and texts messages here. You should not be receiving them only from one carrier.

@tyronharvey Check if your Rogers sim is still working. If it is, there might have something gone wrong with porting your number to PM.
