Can't receive text or calls

I have been getting texts and calls but none of them are going through, I can text and call tho. I've tried to do everything but put Sim in another phone cause I don't have one

No but I did try putting my Sim in another phone and back into mine and it fixed it

Have you recently requested the transfer of your number with another carrier to PM?

 it seems to be a problem the last few day especially in BC  open a ticket with customer service
