My plan includes unlimited texting. However, I can't receive or send any text. If someone sends me a text, my phone will show that "you were sent one message, but your plan doesn't include texting". Can anyone help me on this?
Hey @tianshu_z - you're going to have to send a private message to the mods to help you with this. Be sure to include your PM account number, phone number, and the email address you use to log into self-serve in the message.
It looks like your service may be a problem. Have you tried taking your sim out and turning your phone off and putting it on again? You should also look at your self serve and see what it's showing under plan. If this doesn't hello then
