My plan currently has no data. I am using the 30$ plan with 1G data as I am using auto pay. However I can't use any data and there is no data usage information on my account page. What's the reason for this?   Thanks Sue
My plan includes unlimited texting. However, I can't receive or send any text. If someone sends me a text, my phone will show that "you were sent one message, but your plan doesn't include texting". Can anyone help me on this? Sue
