Ported over a number yesterday and can only make outgoing calls/texts (I am using an eSIM). Incoming is not working. Is there a porting team phone number to contact.

I gave the port team a call , and they mentioned because I removed the old sim card too early, that I did not receive the text message from my older provider.

Out of curiosity @CBrowne , if you put your previous providers SIM card back in your phone, do you still have service? And, did you say yes to the port text they sent you?

Yes, I will private message you the porting team number. Only used for porting issues. Check your private inbox (envelope icon upper right corner)
