Can't receive or send text messages. Also can't receive any phone calls or call out why?

Try turning your phone off for a little while. Turn back on and hopefully it will work again.

your data works?
Try Reboot the phone first, then, Reset All networks, and change the network mode to 3G Only and see if it works
Try your sim card in another phone if you have one
please submit a ticket with CS Agent here (this is direct message link, which is different from the Chatbot you were using, it will work)
