Can't receive or make phone calls

I just activated my SIM card from public mobile but I can't seem to make phone calls or receive calls. All phone calls goes directly to my voice mail. My account statement indicates I am making phone calls. I have iPhone 6s.

Hi @Heidikang, are you still having issues now that some time has passed since you activated your SIM?

 

If you are still having issues, you should contact a mod by PM.  The following link will provide you with what information they require when you contact them.

Did you port in your number? If yes, check if your old sim is working.

 

This will tell you if the porting is complete or not.
