Can’t receive or make calls (Peace River)

An hour ago our service totally quit- four members of my family with Public Mobile can’t make outgoing or receive incoming calls, text still works. My family member operates a business relying entirely on clients phoning in- any word on when it will be back?

@Hannahbanana not sure if it is related, there is wide outage in AB, but you are in BC, right??  it could be an unrelated outage
