@bragg2000 Some additional troubleshooting to try:
1. reboot the phone,
2. confirm call blocking was not accidently turned on
3. reset all network settings; will require replacing wifi passwords
4. try your SIM in another phone, and yours in another phone

My friend had a same problem!. Your number is not 100% ported from previous carrier. Get on twitter and ask about this! The twitter PM could respond to you with in half an hour and get your number ported properly.

A couple questions. How long ago did you port your number. What is the call display on the other end when you call them? If you put your old Sim in your phone, is it still active?
