Can't receive calls

MelJC

Monday was my last received phone call.  I can call out, and send and receive text messages.  If anyone calls my number, it doesn't ring.  After a long pause, my voicemail will pickup.  Have any changes been made this week that would effect my service?

As previously posted, a customer service agent can check your account settings to see whether there is an issue with your account (versus SIM card issue).

@MelJC

never heard of sim's failing but I guess it could happen as you've experienced. Look on Amazon and buy a new Public Mobile sim; then log in to your account to Change sim Number. Alternative...see if there's a Mobile Klinik in your area as they usually stock them too.

added...using the web version; log in to your account > scroll down to find Profile ...see Sim Card Number...tap the little pencil and Enter your new SIM Card Number...save.

Did you check the phone's IME on the VoLte compatible checker?  On the link that I provided?

If it is indeed VoLTE with PM network. then you will need to contact customer service agent.  Might not get a response until tomorrow morning.

Send a ticket via the chatbot to customer service agent (CSA) via link:

Umidigi bison 2,  and is volte compatible.  My husband had to replace his phone 2 month ago due to that issue. This phone model had no issue.  In fact, my sim was put into his motorola G86 and same problem existed.  His public mobile sim was placed in my phone, and worked fine.  So the issue is with my sim.

Which model phone are you using?  Is it VoLTE compatible with Public mobile network?

If not, then you  may have talk issues with PM network.

Might want to try a simple reboot of phone.  Network reset of phone.

open settings in your cell to make sure you haven't accidentally enabled Do Not Disturb.
