I've ported 24 hrs ago and eventhough all of the information is correct (based off other posts) I still cannot receive calls or texts.
Please help

The account would show whichever number was requested to be ported in. This number will show as the active number in the Public Mobile account updates immediately and is not an indication of whether porting has completed.

Did you confirm to the text from your previous carrier with YES that you are porting your number over to PM?
There is a 90 minute window to reply.
If you did, reboot your phone by powering off then back on.
If that didn’t work then you need to contact a CS_Agent to find out what the problem is.
