Can't receive calls or text - been 10 days

Hello,

I signed up for Public on Nov 15. I am still unable to recieve calls or text. I had virgin before and when someone calls my number they are still getting the virgin voicemail. I cannot send or receive text messages. Please advise asap if there is something i need to do to fix this issue.
