Myself, my wife, and our two kids have Public Mobile accounts. All of us are unable to receive a call from a Bell landline, it just seems to be a busy signal the they are dialled. My Brother in Law who is on Koodo, and my Bell Mobility corporate phone can receive calls from that same phone. We have a mixture of Samsung Android and iPhone.

Thanks, Yes very strange, It's not like it's one account, it's four accounts. I've sent a message to CS_Agent.

@MJ-63 I would suggest trying to reset network settings or test the SIM card in another phone . But for 4 of you in the family to be experiencing the same thing is strange . Maybe have support investigate for you . Here’s a direct link to support
