When I try to log in to make a purchase, I get an error saying "Error processing your request". Yes, I have tried incognito mode and I have tried another device. Is it just a temporary issue which everyone else is experiencing or is it just me?

Thanks, did that. Can not even submit a ticket due to the same error so I will be waiting for a notification from an agent.

This did not work. Exact same error. The app is no good either.
