I can't receive calls after porting number to Public Mobile. Calling out is fine. Porting of number was successful as per Public Mobile self serve site.

There are 2 parts to porting your number over.
It looks like the first part is complete. Setup on Public Mobile side has been done.
To check the second part, check with your old provider. Is that account still open/active? If yes, you need to find out why.

How long as it been since you've completed your activation?
Your port is probably stuck in the middle of porting...
First try rebooting your phone, and waiting a couple of hours.
Then if it still doesn't work, consider sendind a message to the mods explaining your problem, they'll be able to fix it 🙂

after you port the number, you may wait couple of hours to allow the service working properly.

It isnt instantly complete...when did you port?
