I cannot open MMS messages that I received. I have tried adding the following APN to the phone and restarted the phone but they still don't work.
I'm showing a 'sp.telus.com' APN, and a 'isp.telus.com'
I added sp.mb.com as a MMS with PAP authentication but it still didn't work.

@Charles2 What is make/model of your phone?
Login to your account and confirm you do have texting in your plan.
Are cellular data, SMS and calling all working?

first step woudl be to delete the current APN and the creat a new one.
settings can be found here
also is your data on?
there is also a suggestion in thi post about setting the apn type i believe
