Can't receive call

I ported number from fido to public. I can send calls and my 5g works but I cannot receive any calls. I tried restarting,airplane,trying Sim in another phone,reseting network settings, submitting a ticket but error message tried different browsers ,incognito, clear browsing history .  Please help me thanks

@Vi5  Sounds like a problem with completing the port.  I will send you a phone number to call, check your private messages in a couple of minutes, at the envelope icon top right or tap your avatar for Messages.  Edit, glad you got it fixed.  I won't send the number.
