Hi Everyone!
I need help with setting up my account. SIM Card entered. New Public Mobile phone number selected. I don’t receive the SMS notification to verify my account.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Setting this account up for my son whose receiving this phone for his birthday.

do you have service at all? the sim connects to PM network and can you calls or receive?
and what phone you have?
Reboot the phone first and also Reset all networks on your phone. But if still showing not connected, then the account and sim was not fully setup and you need PM to help. Please message them

@Jaguar1 have you tried rebooting the phone with PM SIM card in the phone ? If not try that first see if it makes any difference . If still no luck you can contact support to help
