I got a text that my plan didn’t renew so I went online to try to fix it. It won’t take my auto payment and won’t take a different credit card. When I try it just gives me “oops something went wrong”.

Try to connect with Chat option and mention your request, the agent will fix it(you don't have to wait in chat).

@Oldschool23 Try using Incognito mode.
If that does not work still, try to login from a Desktop or Laptop computer as well
