Can't pay for my phone and my account is blank

I went to pay for my phone this morning. My account is not showing anything I mean Where it says plan it is blank. I can't even see options to get my account changed or paid for. It keeps saying I have enough money to pay but it says my account balance owed is 0.00. I need my phone please help

@Lisaf, is your phone working?  If this is your renewal day, and you owe nothing, AutoPay should complete fine.

Hi and welcome.

Have you sufficient funds in your account to renew? Or did you have funds and it debited you account but never reset your plan?
