Can't make outgoing calls

I tried the SIM card in another phone and I am not able to make out going calls.  I am able to receive calls.  Text and data are working.

Do I need a new SIM card?

Yes, but the fix isn't autoatmic. A ticket does need to be opened.

I do wonder if this is could be another case of a customer hearing an erroneous messaging about needing to buy a U.S. roaming add-on.  @sdoucette : Is that the case?

@sdoucette , if you do not have a limited minutes plan as already mentioned there is a possibility of account issues.  There have been sporadic reports of calls not working recently.  Please use the chatbot link to initiate a support ticket.

But first, what plan do you have?  $15 with only 100 outgoing minutes? or $25+ plan with unlimited outgoing minutes?
