Always on autopay. Checked credit card, amount for this month transferred. Please help!

Is today your renewal date? It sounds like
something might have happened to the renewal. Try reporting your phone as lost/stolen and then reactivate is found as that has beem known to reset some strange thin
gs on some accounts. If that doesn't do anything favorable, you'll probably have to contact the moderators. That can be done by clicking:

Also, earlier you posted both your phone number and account number. Please note that would sometimes be enough for someone to steal your phone by transferring it to another carrier as a prank or otherwise be a nuisance to you.
