Hi I can't make or receive calls and I'm unable to get a hold of anyone to help me and making tickets are not working

you see the phone connected to Public Mobile network? Are you connecting on 4G or 5G or 3G?

what band and model your phone is? 

do you have another phone to test the PM sim card?

@Dkane23  Can you try sim card in another phone to test ? If same submit ticket with support

@Dkane23 new activation or you have been with PM for sometime?

try to reseat your sim card, try your sim in another phone and try "reset all networks" on your phone

and if none of them works, please open ticket with PM support and ask them to reprovision your accont:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
