just got eSIM on Boxing Day and trying to transfer my phone number to PM. I didn’t get any message from Freedom and PM. I was trying to use PM app to see my account but it didn’t receive 6digit code to my phone number so I can’t go further.
Pls advise what should I do…..

the porting was not done yet. and just to confirm, you used the app to complete the activation earlier?
There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed

Were you able to get text messages, make calls and use data? If you aren’t then I’ll send you the porting department number check your messages. Click your avatar and click inbox.
Whenever you port over verification codes often take a couple of days to go through as the system has to recognize a change. If you have a computer try accessing your account there. Click the Didn’t Receive Code option and click send to email.
