"Sorry, talk is not included in your current plan"

That is the message I get when trying to make a call all of a sudden. My plan most definitely does include talk, text and data. My data is working though. The following is what shows up in my account details page:

My Plan
Pick & Pay
This plan includes: -
- 12GB Data
- Expired
- Unlimited International Text
- Unlimited Provincial Talk

And my account is listed as active.

If you call and punch in the ARS # or options, the system remembered it and send this message when you just redial agian. Best way is just punch the number whenver you call again, not redial.

Glad to see you found a solution
They still bugs hopefully it gets worked out soon

Yes, changing to no ext , it works for one toll free number.

However for another local phone that works before, it isnt working now, it is a Bell service number.

All other local numbers are ok so far, havent tested all yet.

I think I figured it out. I was trying to call numbers that have extentions, when I try calling those numbers and exclude the extention number then it goes through fine. I'm not sure why it doesn't let me do that anymore when it used to work. I think it presumes the extra numbers are me trying to call outside the country. Either way it is working now.

Hello @Sconbox

I'm sorry to hear about this,

Can you please send me a private message with your Public Mobile phone number?

Thanks,

Shazia

Are you in your home province trying to call outside of your home province? If yes, you do not have the correct plan

Are you outside your home province and trying to call your home province? if yes, you do not have the correct plan

Are you in your home province trying to call international/US? If yes, you do not have the correct plan.

Are you on the border and picking up towers in other provinces/US?

If no to any of those scenarios, a Mod may need to step in, but please provide more info first.

@Sconboxand @MoreYummy, have you ever been able to make calls or have you just joined PM? If you were porting a number from a another carrier, there is a possibility the port did not completely go through.

If you haven't already, make sure you send a private message to a community moderator, @Shazia_K, and hopefully your issues can be resolved soon

This is definitely an issue requiring moderator intervention.

I have this same problem today as well, as im typing now.

It seems some phone numbers are not working, it gives me the same voice message.  Some phone numbers are working.  Very strange.

Have you tried turning your phone off and taking out the SIM card? Then put the sim back in.

If this does not work. Try privating messaging a mod by following this link
