Can't make any calls

Hi! I haven't been able to make any calls for a couple weeks now. I can receive text messages and my data works fine. I've restarted my phone multiple times but the problem still persists. Would love some help. Thanks!

Thanks for all the suggestions everyone. I opened a ticket and they did a refresh on my service and it works now. Thank you again!

That must be very annoying and please follow what everyone above is saying but in the meantime I would recommend an app like textnow to make phone calls to people! I've used it in the past when in between numbers or waiting for a port and it gets the job done as long as you have lots of Data or Wifi!

Try set your phone on LTE: go Settings>Cellular Data Options>Voice & Data>enable LTE.

Do you have access to another phone or voip app to try calling you? Can you send a text to yourself? Are you on the $15 plan? Maybe you've used all your minutes.

I'm not sure if I can receive calls or send SMS texts. I don't have a 5G capable phone, I have an iPhone 11.

How about receive calls? Send SMS texts? Is your phone a 5G capable phone? Try setting the network to LTE (etc).
