I did not receive sms message from bell to approve transfer. I need an agent to resubmit request to Bell

Did you have the Bell SIM in your phone?
Also, is the Bell account still active?
You need both to port over to PM.
Just type in Submit a Ticket on SIMon Chatbot at the bottom of the page or private message a CS_Agent on the envelope icon above to restart the porting process.
Leave the Bell SIM in your phone and wait for the text. A CS_Agent will pm you back to restart.

First, check this

Then, if the Bell service is active then leave that sim in a phone and do the transfer and reply to the confirmation text.
Or if landline then you would need to contact Bell to verbally permit them to transfer and then they will let it go (adding - after you start the process here). That could take several days to finish though.
