I get this message:
Your services are on hold due to the expiration of your subscription. If your services are on hold for more than 90 days, your account will be closed permanently and you'll lose your phone number.
So I put in my new debit/credit card information and I get the message : Sorry, we're not able to process your payment at this time. Please try again later.

Yup ... PM card update is NOT working for a very long quite a while.
Contact agent to update your CC number or if you are in hurry or cannot live without your phone for a few days, get voucher and pay the bill that way.

@Coolhandloo_099 yes there is a system issue accepting updating banking info.
To continue right away you can purchase vouchers and load under the payment section on My Account. Or by calling from another phone 1855 4public. Or if you know your pin *611 from your phone.
