@Steffimic16 I guess you are on $15 plan then
You seems to be here for long time, did you get the Christmas bonus for 500 LD minutes? they can be used for Canada wide calling
Check My Account first and see if you still have the add-on there. Please check with Incognito mode
if you still see the 500 LD minutes from Christmas, then try to reboot the phone and see if those minutes kick in

@Steffimic16 All current plans with exception of the $15 plan have unlimited minutes might worth switching plan at renewal
Edit and you won’t lose loyalty rewards be doing so

Try again incognito mode/private mode or a different device or lap top or simply try refreshing the page when logged in

Hi @softech, I only have problem with outgoing calls! I restarted the phone and also reset the network settings. When I try to make a call, i get the message " sorry your call cannot be completed since you have used all available minutes". I am pretty sure I have unlimited canada wide minutes.
Thanks

- Confirm your account is still Active.
- Reboot your phone - turn it off, wait a bit, turn it on.
Sometimes adding 1 in front of area code get it through.

@Steffimic16 - can you answer @softech questions it would be helpful to narrow down any issues.
Try 1 or more of the below:
To perform a Reset of your device's Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, VPN and APN settings, and connected Bluetooth devices that you've used before.
Iphone:
To Reset Network Settings, begin by opening the Settings app. Next, tap General -> Transfer or Reset iPhone -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings. and enter your passcode.
Your iPhone will reset network settings and restart itself.
android:
Find and tap Settings > System > Advanced > Reset options > Reset network settings.
Check for outages in your area:

@Steffimic16 Are you putting a 1 in front of the contact

@Steffimic16 did you login to My Account and confirm if the account status is Active?
is it just incoming calls with issue ? or outgoing as well?
is data working? text working?
First try to reboot the phone
if that does not work, try to change your Preferred network to 3G only and see if it connects at all in such setting. if so, try to make a call
Also, try your phone in different area and see if it works
