Can't login with email and phone number

Hi, I am unable to sign in, my phone is not working, says No service... I went to a retailer on Friday to top it up and it was working then, now it's not working and I can't sign in with the email and phone number... need help.

Have you setup selfserve before? Was it working before?

What is the exact message you get when you were not able sign in?

What happens when you swap your SIM card with another phone? Does the SIM card work in the other phone?

What happens if you dial your Public Mobile number from another phone? Can you access your voicemail?
