Can’t login to my account profile

I know my email but forgot my password and it seems like when I put my email they aren’t accepting so I need help how to login to my profile

Did you activate the SIM at a PM retailer?

If so, you will need to create an new account.

Have you ever created a self serve account before, if not you can register for one here:

If you have created a self serve account and you are having issues logging in, try clearing your browser's cache, or try a different browser or device. Opening a tab in incognito mode may help as well.

Also, too many failed attempts may temporarily lock your account access. So wait 15+ minutes before you try again or in trying the forgot your password option.

 

Are you currently in nonpay status?

Note, after 90 days in nonpay status your account, phone number and access to self serve is closed / gone.
