I can't log in my account to check balance. Then I'd like to reset password by phone number, but I was told there was an error after I input new password. You can get more information from my pic.

In case anyone on the internet knows who you are, please do not use the password for anything else as you have now posted it online for everyone to see.

use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,or safari on private mode,, then  Reset Password and tried enter one more for @

 

after successful reset passowrd the close all browser, and one page inPrivate mode,

 

To Login Page

you will get verification code by email or SMS
and inserting the 6 digit number and not press anything
just wait a 5 second automatically be login,,

@hanli511   Try using Incognito mode or another browser to try again.
