The email address associated with my account is my dads and I want to switch it to my personal email address. I need help doing this.

It has to be that way. Otherwise, anyone would be able to take over your account with authorization.

Only agent can do that for you.
To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

Watch for envelope in top right corner of Community page. It will show Number of unread emails.
