HI there, I just tried to log into the community but it would only allow me to register. I tried using my user name but it said "it already exists" but had no option to log in. I had to create and submit a new user name - Fleury. Is there a way to log into the community using my old user name?

Oh ok! I haven't logged into the community since well before March. Sorry, I'm a terrible community member!! :-). So it seems like my old user name (Fleur) will forever exist but I won't be able to access?

When was the last time you logged into your account online? Public Mobile changed over to this new EverSafe for more security in March of this year. If you haven't signed in before then, then you'll have to sign up again. But if you did sign up and you need help logging in, then reach a CS Agent to help fix it.

Thanks! I will log a ticket. I can access myaccount.publicmobile.ca with no issues. It just doesn't let me log in as Fleur. 😞

what if your use myaccount.publicmobile.ca?
but it could be your EverSafe id not fully setup with to connect to your My Account, please submit ticket with CS agent here
