Can’t log into account

Can’t log in to website dot even get a chance to enter log in details just says forbidden . App won’t work either I get to enter  log in details . Then it just pops back up the log in page endless loop . Anyone else experiencing this

Today is April 19 and I've been having this problem since I first downloaded the app on April 8th, when I opened this account. I' so frustrated with how hard it is to set up my account with Public that I'm just about ready to cancel the whole thing. I hear Koodo is pretty good.
