I have typed the correct email and password multiple times only for it to tell me it's the incorrect information. Tried changing my password and logging in with the new one and that didn't work either. Now its saying I'm "exceeded amount of login attempts" I'm not happy at all I have $200 in there for phone bills and add ons!!

With all glitches occurring on 13th July I guess agents are overwhelmed and it might take longer than usual.
But he might be lucky, you never know...

@kieshasmith18 hi when you are locked out for to many attempts you have to wait 3 hours for a reset if it doesn't work then, you will need to open a ticket, to speak to a customer service agent Click here or if you are having issues with Simon you can send private message to a CS Agent here: https://bit.ly/2GGCJzH
