Yes account is active and did enter correct info

@jay18 - has your account been in active status within 90 days?

 

If you have been in nonpay/suspended status for over 90 days, then you lost your Public Mobile account, phone number, and access to self serve.

Otherwise, see other posts.

Is this for your Community account (and you  created a new Community account to ask abou this) or is this for your Self Serve account?

@jay18 you might need to wait 3 hours and try again with a Reset Password.
