Got a weird text saying that I have insufficient funds to reload my plan for this month, but I’m registered to auto pay. I tried to update my card but it kept giving me an error message. Any ideas?

A lot of people got the same message when they are on AutoPay.
With the new PM website there seems to be a glitch. So just ignore the message.

@Sophie07 hi disregard it they send them out all the time as long as you are on auto pay you are fine

If everything worked as expected Until today, ignore that SMS. There are many glitches today, confusing SMS, people not able to log in etc.
If your CC worked until today and you are not updating it because you got new one, don't do it.
Is it today your renewal day?
