We can't find what email we used to set up our phone account and can't log in

Contact a search on your computer the Welcome to PM email in possible email used while activating your SIM.
If all fails, you need to contact a CS_Agent to help you access your account.

You can also check your various email accounts for the initial welcome email that Public mobile sends to new activations.
You can also dial 611 for some basic account tasks.
Otherwise, you will need to contact customer service agent for help. It will take up to a few hours for a response. Usually quicker though.

First try to use the Reset Password link there on the login page (or direct link: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/forgot-password) enter any possible email addresses you could have used and see if it works

Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
