Can't log in

It's been months since I've been able to login.

Everytime the login page has weird rendering errors:

And then when I try to login, it fails with an improper url:

Try different browser. Try incognito mode. Clear browser cache,cookie, Try refresh.Try Login

Try using computer.

Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try force refresh.

@kamiyaa   You've tried different browsers and are clearing cache/cookies and using incognito mode?  Perhaps, download a different browser.  Firefox seems to work well, also Chrome.
