For some reason my payment this month didn't go through and my kids phone stopped working. I can't log in as it says user blocked.

@Ella2009 try again using browser with Incognito mode
or you can pay to resume the service first by buying a voucher from SDM/London Drug/711/Shell and load the voucher using *611 or 1.877.4PUBLIC
