@SonnyHong1966 Are you transferring into or out of Public Mobile? I'm assuming you're porting in from a previous provider in which case you'll need to contact customer service as noted by @Chalupa_Batman since you can't log in to do it yourself . Have you tried using a different device to log in, or clearing cache etc. and using incognito? Are you using the app?
If you are porting out of Public Mobile it is the new carrier that initiates the transfer.
