Can't log in to change my payment method

I have tried both of my emails and tried updating my password but I can't get into my account. I've submitted a ticket and have not heard back and it's been over 24 hours. Does anyone know how else to get an account reset?

I've submitted 3 tickets and have waited over 5 days and no response from public.

I tried to reset my password but I never receive an email from public with a reset link. I've tried both of my email addresses and I never get the link to reset my password. I do get a text link but then it doesn't work with either email address when I try to log in. 

The only other option is to use the password reset feature. Otherwise, you'll need to wait for a response from Public Mobile.

@corbchiasson did you try to reset password using the link there?  Also, please check your Community inbox as it is where support will reply (not via email).  If nothing there, please open ticket again with PM support
