Can't get through to porting support agent number?

I am trying to call the porting agent phone number that was sent to me for assistance in my porting. Every time I call and enter my phone number, it says "there is no active request for this number", then I proceed to follow instructions to wait for an agent.

After a couple of minutes, I automatically get directed to TELUS support agents. I have waited twice now for a Telus agent, who tell me that the can't support Public Mobile customers with porting and that I need to call the number that I already have.

I have been calling the number consistently for hours now without successfully being connected to a Public Mobile porting agent. I submitted 2 tickets to get a CS Agent to reinitialize the porting and to call me – but no response yet. Both my original carrier's phone number and my PM subscription are not working (incoming calls do not get received, outgoing texts will not send, and data does not seem to be available from my PM subscription). I am stuck with no service from either carrier and solely relying on WiFi right now. 

Anyone have and ideas?

Take a look at the top right corner mail box. Is this the number you got?
